 *Other* FASIKA ETHIOPIAN RESTAURANT
 6750 Shady Brook Lane
 214.265.7364
Good, authentic Ethiopian cuisine. For a true Ethiopian experience,
however, try passing on the food and water, and try dealing with
            ensuing hunger pains.

 INDIA PALACE RESTAURANT AND BAR
 12817 Preston Road
 972.392.0190
Truly excellent food. Avoid the bathroom, however, since it smells
like someone died in there. Also, dress in clothes you do not care
about, as you very well may have to burn them after your visit in
order to get the curry stench out of them.

 MEDIEVAL TIMES
 2021 N. Stemmons Freeway
 214.761.1800
If calling waitresses "wenches", eating mediocre food, and watching
a bunch of tools ride around on horses and trot around on mud imitating
pugilists of yester-century, this is your place! With lots of beer
and uninhibited friends, this experience is all but guaranteed to
            be a blast.

 PANCHO'S MEXICAN BUFFET
 307 Jeff Davis Shopping Center
 214.942.6967
Tastes great going down, especially with one of Pancho's fine beers
or margaritas. But have some Imodium for desert, because it burns
like hell coming out the other end. Ouch!

 SNEAKY PETE'S
 2 Eagle Point Road
 972.724.1032
Great view of the lake, and unbeatable people watching. The food
also tastes decent if you are very hungry. When this place gets
"hoppin'" on Saturday, the local trailer parks must look like ghost
towns. On those days, this place is filled with more wife-beater-style
shirts, silicon, and ink than you can find at the local Wal-Mart.
